Wasn't going to bother with 07.. temptation got the better of me. I'll update as frequently as possible and try to list the quests in a spoiler or something.

Primary Goals:
99 Attack
99 Strength
85 Defence
99 Range
94 Magic
Barrows gloves
Fighter's torso
Fire Cape
Full void (range + melee helmets)
Slayer Helmet (i)
Full Bandos/Max Strength Bonus
Full Armadyl
Complete 100 hard clue scrolls (get another piece of third-age)
Kill 100 of each major boss, including those in the wilderness etc.
Reach 200m bank
Reach 300m bank
Reach 400m bank
Reach 500m bank
Reach 600m bank
Secondary Goals:
Become a Rot spy
100 combat
70 Prayer (Piety)
Complete important quests like: Desert Treasure, Recipe for Disaster,
Achieve 99 Hit points
Achieve 90-99~ Attack
Achieve 90 Slayer (long term goal)
1500 total as a benchmark, I don't plan on maxing.. EVER.
Complete the majority of the achievement diaries.
Other Notes:
Avoid swapping RS3 - 07 at all costs, I have just given myself a 10m start point to buy some levels to get the ball rolling, which I will happily admit!
