How's the three headed puppy? (Cerberus boss)

I haven't seen anyone make videos or talk about the new boss Cerberus. To anyone who has fought or seen videos of the boss, is it difficult to fight? Is it too easy or any mechanics to it? Also is the loot worth it?

It needs 91 slayer so not many in the clan will have tried it.
