Thanks to Joe for telling me about it.
But it turns out that with the Battlefield in the Citadel I can make tiles that boost certain skills by 10% of your level.
I can make them do all combat skills including Summoning and also Agility.
So if you are very close to doing these effigies on your own and would want the EXP, give me a shout and ill hustle over to the citadel and create a battle so you can do so.
To be able to do different levels of effigies
91: 83+
93: 85+
95: 87+
97: 89+
Just confirmed it by helping LilRyan do a 97 summon effigy!
