Key Master teleport

Will everyone do me a favor and go on http://services.runescape.com/m=forum/forums.ws?317,318,184,65775273 and ask "Can you make the Key Master Teleport tradeable?"
There is no reason why this should be untradable. I ask every week and they never answer it.

It only drops 3, and if they wanted to they could make it more rare and/or make it drop 1 instead of 3
