Rob that's talent, not a habit.
I have to sleep with my ceiling fan on, no matter what.
I also have to wash my hands every time I take something out of the fridge/freezer.
I don't like eating things whole or taking bites out of things i.e. sandwiches, burgers, pizza. I have to cut them or rip them into pieces that fit my mouth.
