This is a fairly comprehensive list of abbreviations that clans will use in common speech. Use this guide if you come across a term that you are unaware of. Please post below if you would like to add anything to this list. The list is ordered alphabetically.

Banana - A rank in the clan chat for which the icon resembles a banana (chevron) Bank (verb) - To deposit any items acquired during an event and to replenish supplies at the bank Bank? - "What is the value of your bank?" Barb Vill - Barbarian Village BH - The crater in the wilderness that was formerly the bounty hunter crater Bind - To cast bind spells and therefore hold opponents in one spot, stopping them from running around Blasting - Fighting using the blast magic spells. These are the best F2P mage attack spells Blnt - Better luck next time BoB - Beast of Burden Bounds - The boundaries of an event Brb - Be right back Brew - Saradomin Brew Brt - Be right there BS - In a PVP context, to backstab; attacking other members of one's own clan. C4 = Class 4 clay) Caller - In a PVP context, the clan member in charge of choosing who to attack amongst the enemy clan Camp - To constantly attack one person for an extended time, OR to remain in one location for an extended time Cap (noun) - A limit imposed on a fight. Usually imposed on fight length, number of members or items (eg. 1-hour cap = Stop fighting after one hour) Cap (verb) - To collect the maximum amount of resources at a citadel for that week CC - Clan Chat Chin(ning) (verb) - Using chinchompas Cit/Citty - Citadel Classic - Runescape Classic CL - Clan Leader CLF - Clan Leader forum in "RSOF" Cluster - Cluster Fight; a fight involving more than two clans. Cmb - Combat Corp - In a PVP context, the entrance to the corporeal beast lair in the wilderness Corr - Corrupt dragon items Corrupt - Corrupt dragon items Crash - When a sthird party interferes with a planned fight between two other clans CS - Coin share CSW - Castle Wars CW - Castle Wars CWA - Clan wars arena CWRI - Clan Wars run-in; a fight at clan wars in which members are allowed to return Cut (verb) - To reduce the amount of players on the stronger side before a battle so that the two opposing clans are of similar strength

DC - Disconnect (presumably from the server) DD - Death Dot; every member must stand on the same space to appear as one character on the minimap DDef - Dragon defender DDoS - Distributed Denial of Service attack; an internet attack aimed at a clan's audio server or at the clan's forums, effectively shutting them down for a varying period of time Death Dance - A warring formation where members of a clan are following each other in a perpetual motion pattern so that no member is stationary Death Dot - Every member must stand on the same space to appear as one character on the minimap Death March - When players walk independently in the same direction. Used primarily as an intimidation tactic Def - Defense DG - Dungeoneering. In a PVP context, refers to items gained as dungeoneering rewards DK's - Dagganoth Kings DMed - Dragon medium helmet Drag - To run as far as possible when attacked to lure the opponent away from the main battle Dung - Dungeoneering. In a PVP context, refers to items gained as dungeoneering rewards Dwarves - In a PVP context, the chaos dwarves near the "piper"

East gate - Same as "new gate": the members' gate in the wilderness EAST of the greater demons Edge - Edgeville Ending (noun) - The number of "options" immediately after a PVP battle concludes EST - Eastern Standard Time in the USA (GMT-5)
F
F2P - Free-to-play FA - Future applicant; a player who is on trial with a clan though not yet an official member Fall-in (noun) - The space in which the members of a clan are standing while following a leader Fall in (verb) - To follow the leader or elected person (eg. Fi on Ghjjf = Everyone follows Ghjjf) Fally - Falador FC - Friend Chat Feast - Killing many players as part of a PK trip for the purpose of collecting loot OR defeating an opposing clan by a large margin FFA - Free-for-all Fi (or simply "in") - Fall in; follow the leader FoG - Fist of Guthix minigame. In a PVP context, it refers to the equipment obtained from the minigame. Freeze (noun) - Any of the ice spells in the Ancient Magicks spellbook, and often includes bolas Freeze (verb) - To cast any of the ice spells in the Ancient Magicks spellbook, or use bolas or any other methods of preventing a target from moving Full-Out - A type of war in which players do not return upon death Full rune - Rune helmet, platebody, plage legs or plateskirt, kiteshield AND scimitar Future app/licant - A player who is on trial with a clan though not yet an official member

Half-op - Half-operator, with less powers than an operator HLF - High level forum in "RSOF" HP - Either constitution level or current life points depending on the context Hug - To run around a barrier object in order to make it difficult for enemies to attack Hybrid - To fight with two or more of the three combat styles (Melee, mage, ranged)

KBD - King Black Dragon KC - Kill count KDR - Kill/death ratio Key rank - The clan chat ranks whose icons resemble keys. These are the highest ranks in the clan chat Knock-Out (adjective) - A limit imposed on a fight: once a player dies, they do not return to the fight Knock-out (verb) - To kill an opponent too quickly for them to eat all their food KO (adjective) - Knock-out; a limit imposed on a fight: once a player dies, they do not return to the fight KO (verb) - Knock-out; to kill an opponent too quickly for them to eat all their food KQ - Kalphite Queen

Lava gap - The small pass between two lava rivers south of the greater demons Loc - Location. As a question (Loc?), a player is asking for the clan's location Log (verb) - The act of or command to log out of the game to avoid getting attacked, or to switch worlds Loot (noun) - Items dropped by players or monsters who have died Loot (verb) - Picking up items dropped by players or monsters who have died Looter - A player who invites themself to other clans' wars to "loot" LS - Lootshare Lumby - Lumbridge Lure - To send a single player up against a foe as bait and then run back to the clan with the foe chasing them

Mage Bank - The lever and corresponding building that accesses the bank next to the mage arena Main = A player's most used or highest level character Mand - Mandatory event; this refers to events where it is required for clan members to attend or face some form of repercussion. Mass - To gather in preparation for an event Matched - Matched options; both the clans must fight with the same amount of members Matched-opts - Matched options; both the clans must fight with the same amount of members Max (out) - To achieve level 138 combat OR to collect the maximum amount if resources at the citadel for a week Maze - The ruins in the far north-east Wilderness, or less commonly the Lava Maze MB - Mage bank; The lever and corresponding building that accesses the bank next to the mage arena Members Gate - The same as "old gate"; the gate in the wilderness WEST of the greater demons MG - Members Gate, the same as "old gate"; the gate in the wilderness WEST of the greater demons ML - Memberlist Mossies - In a PVP context, the moss giant hill south of the spider hill Multi - A multi-combat area Multi spells - Combat spells that can hit multiple targets (eg. P2P - Pay-to-play PC = Either Price Check OR Pest Control OR Personal Computer, depending on the context Peng - Penguin Hide n' Seek Pile (noun) - The target of a coordinated attack from a clan Pile (verb) - The act of all players in a clan attacking a single person Pile jump - To attack the victor of a one-on-one death match. Usually regarded as dishonourable. Piper - The ghostly piper musician in the Wilderness, slightly south of the "lava gap" PJ - Pile jump; to attack the victor of a one-on-one death match. Usually regarded as dishonourable. PK - Player kill PK Trip - A player-killing event, usually in the wilderness PKRI - Player killing run-in POH - Player-owned house Pond - The pond the Waka canoe arrives at near the Moss Giants in the wilderness Pot (noun)- Potion Pot (up) (verb)- To drink stat-enhancing potions. Pray (noun) - Prayer points. In a PVP context, refers to the overhead protect prayers (eg. Single spells - Combat spells that can only hit one player at a time (eg. Ice Blitz) Single Strip - The single-combat area along the entire east coast of the Wilderness Skulled - Description of a player with a skull above their head from attacking in the wilderness Skulling - The act of attacking in the wilderness when previously "unskulled" Snipe - To attack a member other than the one assigned by the caller Sniper - A member who is assigned to "snipe" Spam (noun) - Excessive and rapid typing or posting of the same or similar material from a player Spam (verb) - In a PVP context, to repeatedly type the opponent's name as one attacks them so that the clan knows who is being targetted. In a non-PVP context, to type or post the same or similar material excessively and rapidly Spam Tower - The result of a clan standing on the same space and repeatedly typing the same text, creating a "tower" of text in-game. Spec - To activate a weapon's special attack Sperm Hill - The section of lava north of the wilderness Hill Giants which resembles a sperm Spiders - In a PVP context, the spider hill in deep wilderness Splash - When a player attempts to cast a spell but it fails, resulting in an animation resembling a splash of water. Spread (out) - To leave a fall-in (ie, to stop following a leader) and scatter randomly around an area Spy - A person who joins another clan for the sole purpose of leaking that clan's private info to a rival clan (like fight times and IP addresses) Star rank - The clan chat ranks whose icons resemble stars.
