There are actually a few anime movies I like and I've seen a couple of series that were halfway decent too. But I'm gonna go ahead and say that 90% of anime is crap.

The only one I recognize is Code Geass and I heard that was amazing. I'll have to write it down and check it out eventually.

I just finished watching Rosario + Vampire... If you ignore the over abundance of fan service, (it gets horribly bad in the second season) it was strangely endearing in a way. I still hear the dialogue of "Moka-San, Tsukune, Moka-San, Tsukune" in my head. It had a really catchy intro for the second season. Kind of disco meets trance..
I'm currently watching/downloading Fairy Tale, that I was told by another soldier was an amazing anime. I'm about 15 episodes into it, and it's ok. I can't say I'm overly impressed. The characters are pretty bland, and the humor really doesn't suit me. . But it's like 120 episodes, and I have nothing better to do with my time...
I've watched so many anime series this deployment. I can't even remember them all..
