100 Combat
70 Prayer (need about 4m cash)
Legends quest (to complete lvl 3 clues)
Fire cape + Torso + Barrows gloves

Want to get 99 def, attack, range, and make bank at mage arena pking. :) Also still have a few quests to complete to get em all done.

All Secondary Completionist Cape requirements (Livid Farm etc.)
