Well, for over a year now, I started to work out in November 15, 2009.

Roughly over a year now I've been doing hard work and such. I'd want to keep this thread updated on how my progress is and everything else.

Gene and Owen, you guys are more then welcomed to post every-month pictures of how you been doing with your body. (Clearly no homo)

And I appreciate the work ethic you put in but having a body is one thing, and playing a sport with it is another. If you started younger, you could be a hella good athlete.

I play sports. Football and Baseball are my two major ones.

Im pretty sure you stopped playing football and i remember you telling me that the coach asked you to play and you were like smd. Or im wrong and now this is embarrassing

Not in school, sorry. I should of explained it more better. I play out-side of school sports. My school isn't good at all when it comes down to sports, so I stick to outside school sports.

And then bodyshots of me at my peak ~august/september 2011, I've lost a bit of tone/size the past couple of months but it's coming back.

V-Lat(s) - Can't see to well, but they're decent size.

V-Back - I have a big back, so I plan on working on getting it way more cut when not flexed.

Right Arm Bicep - Didn't measure yet but I will.
