My runescape account has been hacked

I tried logging into my runescape account and it said my account has been locked out i dont know what this means. I put in the email i had for email recovery and it said it was the wrong email but it was definitely the email i registered. I will let you know how the recovery goes i just sent it. :(
modify *jagex aren't letting me recover my own account i know all the recoveries, know the billing information i know all that, but becauase i can't remember when my account was created they aint letting me. i will keep trying, but probably GF.*

I am giving more than enough information, what's the point of having recoveries when, when you put them in they dont give you your account back..? i might just give up it's bull...
