What is the best method for training Constitution?

Hey guys, im at level 98 constitution with 900k untill 99(which would be epic) I want this 99 asap and was thinking, what is the most efficient and fastest method, i have heard pest control is good with the points thing. But im not sure, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Chinning monkeys on ape atoll would probably be the fastest method, but fairly expensive at the moment.

You could do this,
Grab barrage/chins and camp there enemy graveyard if the numbers are still high enough
Get multi cast exp and then spend zeals too.
