Hey, I saw this one at the Ebay too, but I didn't buy it yet.
Does it have a loud sound or anything?

Or anything bad about it?
It's really quiet, probably better than the old one I had with just one fan.
The LEDs on the left fan flicker a bit sometimes, but not a huge problem.
Another great thing is it doesn't take up a full USB port, you can plug another one into it as well.
However the plug seems to bend a bit, so you need to be fairly careful with it.
Other than that, it works great.
