Make sure you have all other programs besides Runescape & Teamspeak closed.
Lowest graphics settings.
If possible, try getting closer to your router.

Lowest Graphic Settings.
Close all programs / downloads.
Make sure your laptop isn't on eco or energy saving etc if applicable
Use programs like 'CCleaner' to remove unnessacery files.
Make sure your internet isn't capped

lots of things to do, but it could just be because of all the action happening on screen, or could be a temp thing
