Inactivity Sweep 08/03/2012

There was a gathering of Staff on Teamspeak - and so we pooled our resources and had an inactivity sweep. The following people were removed from the forums and member-list as they had not posted on forums or been seen in CC, or at events for a significant amount of time:

Voltbolt

There are many reasons why these people were kicked. The majority of 4 staff agreed before we acted.

Not all were for inactivity. Not all can be openly discussed.

Pm myself if you have any specific questions. Whether you are a member highlighted by this list or not.

I too disapprove of how this was done.
Were they removed from the CC? If not, I'd like to try and get a few of them back.

Considering a lot of the staff are gmt, I don't think think they can stand for all time zones....
I see many of the people removed on weekends, on IRC and ingame

But it was worth a shot trying.
Recruiting THAT many members will take at least 20 times longer than speaking to existing members and convincing them to get active.

When you see any of these people, direct them to this topic. Get them to send a pm to myself and I'll have a chat with them.

Nothing has been done that cannot be undone. If there has been a mistake, we'll put our hands up. We spent an hour and a half going through our members at an individual level. I don't think any mistakes were made but ultimately, we don't want these people to leave. I would love it if all of them pm'd me with interest in the clan.
