I asked Guy/Scumtroll69 to extend his application a bit further, instead, he blew it out of proportion & copied & pasted (what may or may not have been his own content, but still reposting) paragraphs from the internet.
This shows that Scumtroll69 has not taken his Application to the Wilderness Guardians seriously enough.
On his brief stay previously in the Wilderness Guardians, he was given extra chances to graduate as we took his reasons to not graduate in time on board, he did not fulfill his promises, failing to Graduate on time.
Then when he did post his Graduation topic,
again he did not take it seriously.
He has gathered a lot of the content of his current application from the following sites:

From the reasons stated above, unfortunately, I am declining Scumtroll69/Guy's 2nd Application to the Wilderness Guardians.
