Cannot Connect To IRC

Tried mIRC, SwiftIRC, and Mebbit. Swfit just says connecting, mIRC says unable to connect to server (Connection refused). Tried turning off all firewalls and that's all I really know TBH. Any help or ideas would be great. Kinda need a screenshot to finish my app. Thanks again! I'm leaving for LA in the morning so I might take a while to reply.

Javas not blocked and Verizon is my ISP.

Try qwebirc (although it probably won't work if Mibbit doesn't )

It worked! I just wonder why I can't Connect with Swift or mIRC.....
