I go on runescape after like 2 months without logging in and it said someone was on my account in the past 2 days and they took all my gold 40mil down the drain :'( but the stupid thing is they knew my password and didnt change it and i dont know who it is

Main thing to do is change pass and secure the account, see if anything is left on it in terms of kingdom/GE etc

Always have up to date virus protection and scan your comp daily/weekly.  Maybe you were unlucky.
