Have you ever.....
His Lordship:
*Amazingly enough, I don't give a shit.
Your picture is missing a comma and a full stop (or possibly an exclamation mark).
EDIT: Unless it is the title of a larger literary work. I somehow doubt it.

Have you ever failed a course? (Not Asian fail)
--- End quote ---
You are missing a full stop at the end of your first sentence and the 'N' inside the parenthises should be lower case.
Also, Asian fail should be Asian-fail.
Furthermore, the bracketed phrase should be placed before the question mark like so:
Have you ever failed a course (not Asian-fail)?
--- End quote ---
I'd like to point out that "parentheses" is misspelled.
--- End quote ---
I'd like to point out that the double quotation mark has been used inappropriately.
It was once convention in certain disciplines such as philosophy, theology, and linguistics to highlight words with special meaning by using single quotation marks instead of double quotation marks, though this has now become more mainstream.
If you wish to highlight a word, it should be as follows:
I'd like to point out that 'parentheses' is misspelled.
The use of double quotation marks infers that the word is somehow out-of-place and not completely fitting in meaning. Often it may denote irony, though not always. I cite an example (which would normally be in quotation marks itself, but such quotation marks have been removed in order to clarify my point):
Your "friends" were talking behind your back.
--- End quote ---
It was once *conventional* in certain disciplines.....
