Ranged Advice
His Lordship:
86 ranged and poor.
Need 90+ without spending too much.
No chinning because I can't afford.
What do?
Cannon Dagganoths?
Soul Wars?
Raging Mage2:
Soul wars or just start ranging slayer tasks if you have plenty of time, the exp rate doing chins is hard to beat even if its a little costly
Wayshow:
Slayer. Use broad bolts and rune crossbow + Slayer helmet :P
If you like to afk, use iron/steel knives at spiders in security...that's how I got 99 :P

the price of chins has dropped, i calculated that you could get 90 ranged for roughly 6 mil.
If you can't afford that then probably slayer and/or soul wars.
