In a game like Guild Wars it's vital to all roll the same realm if you want to benefit from full clan features and functions. Games like these have clan immersion much deeper than Runescape. Pick a certain world/realm!

I deliberately joined Gunnars hold because other European WG and ex-WG are on there. If you're american go on Darkhaven.
edit: If you really want to switch servers I think you can pay to do it, but that seems extreme!

I really love my little guild, made me sad to see you guys all together. I would be happy to join you for some WvW but I am not gonna leave guild I have (all boring adults who LOVE the game)

didn't Colin say you can join multiple Guilds? I'm not too sure :3

You can be in multiple guilds at the same time.
