lolol, well, I invited a bunch of people so...
We don't need that many for WvW anyway, the guild is just for organization I guess.
Plus all WG members are officers so feel free to invite friends

North American. It's the Darkhaven server.

well technically you can be on any server and be in the guild, but do wat Colin said and join Darkhaven^

Yes, but one would much rather share with same realm. No point in playing cross-world when you can all be on the same realm.
