Now I just have to figure out what order to do them.
I hope you realise how long this will take you, i'll offer some help anyway..
Start farming straight away doing only herbs. This will get you a little bit of profit as well as a slow/steady exp rate.
You should always just plant the highest herb you can. They take 90 minutes to grow, so just do a farming run every 2 hours or so. (Herb run should take you no longer than 3-4 minutes). So just do this as sortof a side-skill, by the time you level farming to 99 this way you should have most other 99's by then too.
I would first work on getting every skill to around 80ish so you get a feel for them. It's best to have rounded skills rather than a couple easy 99's and a bunch of lvl 40 skills.
When you get to a good average level you can start knocking some 99's down, i'd do dungeoneering first as you get a lot of other exp in various skills while you train it, and you unlock chaotics for slayer.
Cooking, Firemaking, Hunter and Thieving are all pretty quick so i'd get those next.
Then do slayer, if you cannon this should get you Attack, Strength, Defence, Hp, Range as well as a bunch of exp from effigies.
