Bolas can restrain their target. The effectiveness of this restraint depends on the target. They are very effective against mutated jadinko creatures. On another player, Bolas can be blocked and will hold the other player for 20 seconds. If the other player is using Protect or Deflect Missiles, the Bolas hold them for 10 seconds

So, basically Rangers now have the equivalent of barrage.

87 Fletch, but more importantly one of the supplies is untradebale (and it's the one that you get significantly less of) so really you have to kill some mutated Jadinko's to get them.  They are both a 100% drop though so you build up a pile of them fairly quickly, 400-500 an hour I would guess

Im gonna stock up for sure, it'll be the new D Spear, i want heaps of them.

I wouldn't kill the babies for money if anyone was thinking of doing it, i tested it. Not that great lol.
