Got PKed going to chaos tunnels for a slayer task. Wasn't really concentrating.

Noob moment: Remembered a time back in maybe 2005 when I was wondering around the Wildy and got lost, pulled out the map and was concentrating on it. When I came back to the game I had died and lost all my stuff.... didn't do that again.

At least you didn't accidentally teleport to Varrock in a PVP world (when they still existed) and lose full elite void.... I was training ranged on spiders in stronghold and teleported to Varrock to bank. I forgot I was on a PVP world

I never gained elite void back, not even regular void.....
