First world problems

>Finally finish building computer except for plugging in graphics card
>When I plug in the 6 pin power connector to it, my TV says no signal
>Try to plug in HDMI cable to the graphics card, turns out I need a mini HDMI cable adapter
>Go to the exchange here on base, drop fucking $30 on buying a new one
>Come back, finally happy I managed to fix it

Had a similar problem where my graphics card was too wide for the computer case.
Solution: don't use a case.
