So, for those of u who dont know about this FBI fraud thing, here's what it is: its something that locks your computer with something that says 'pay $200 on moneypak then we'll unlock your computer, if u dont in the next 48hrs youll be considered as a criminal.' or something like that. It claims that u have done cyber crimes.

NOT pay the $200.
Shut down your computer by holding the power button on the computer box thingy then shut down the monitor(or you can hit crtl+alt+del and then click the shut down button on the bottom right, if you cant then do what i just said). Reopen your computer, while you're reopening tap F8 continously then enter safe mode.
Press Crtl+alt+del to open the task manager so you can stop the process of FBI moneypak scam, since the name will change fast, it'll show with a different name.
Now, delete every single file related to the FBI moneypak scam
Delete prs for music Virus register entries made on your computer system.
Note: Removing the FBI moneypak scam is very difficult. If you aren't a professional comp expert. Get help from pros that u trust, this is actually the safest way to remove it.
