Swiftkit problems, any help or advice would be appreciated!

Hello everyone, I'm having problems with swiftkit, the main issue being my stats will not show up. All the stats' icons are there, but my levels are not, and everytime I search me name, it tells me that the user cannot be found. I've not been on for quite some time if that has anything to do with it, though I doubt it. Once again, any advice or help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

It's most likely because you are a F2P player. They removed F2P from the hiscores a few months back :/
