House of Random is getting abused.
You can be funny and spam a little but please control it.
It's getting very annoying and requires restraint.
Anyone who over-uses the HoR will lose posting rights on this forum.

To be honest, i have to agree with Gene here. There has been an increase in pointless topics in House of Random.
I know House of Random is for that stuff but it seems to me people are only posting SPAM topics to increase their post count.
The odd topic or post can be fine and encourage others to post too, but as Gene quoted:

It's Stupid, Pointless and Annoying Messages, it's also pretty difficult to read or look at the pictures too because of the abuse of the scroll code.

What would recruits think seeing such an abused Sub-Forum? "Wow, childish...." is what comes to mind.
A clans image can be ruined pretty fast because of such abuse.

House of random does not add to post count. I'm not a culprit, but I find house of random really funny at times. It's a release.

What are the negatives with making it a private forum, out of interest?

There are forum games, and I get at least a chuckle every time I look at the forum.

It is nothing more than personal preference that what you (or others) think is annoying/spam, others like myself get amusement and lol's out of.
