There never used to be any consequences to it.. As long as you didn't sit there spamming WG.

Try some that involve talking, instead of praying they're dumb enough to take a random teleport to the wilderness. Does it give you a warning about it being the wilderness on 07 scape?

I'm against luring although I have done it before.  I see us as a multi clan and would not want a bad rap for luring, but you could do that on your own :p.  People in 07 are generally old players that have a bit more knowledge.  At the same time, there are still alot of people that are clueless.

Yeah I've done it when I was in AA, made some good loot and it was a real laugh.
