Don't know anything about a race, but I dont play RS no longer so I don't know what goes on.
If you have IRC, get onto SwiftIRC and join #wg_lobby.
Infact, click live chat tab at the top of this forum page and join the IRC through there. PM an OP (@name) or Half OP (%name) to discuss!
They may get back to you ingame or on here, but IRC is where most people are active when they're sometimes not on RS.
