How should I build my range tank? Please help!

My end stats are 99 range magic hp def. With 70 att and str and 52 pray. But after I max those out at 104 combat I have some room to play around with my att str and prayer without gaining a combat. Here are my 4 options:
57 prayer
75 att and str
70 att 80 str
80 att 70 str
Now I don't know what to do. The 5 prayer levels can be nice for prayer. But I might also get into staking. Would either of the 3 melee stats be good for staking with my other range tank stats? I have no idea what I should do.

I believe its 75 attack to wield a god sword.... soo umm 75 att and str.. i guess

Get your prayer up, no point in having higher str and atk if you're a range tank
