Two nights ago I did some serious drinking. The result was not good at all.
As bad as it sounds... Could anyone help me get better at drinking?

Tips/tricks much appreciated!

Limit the availability of it, even if there is an awesome sale at your local Costco, only buy a 6 pack. I also find that I only like beer and wine cold so by limiting it to 2-3 beers and a bottle of wine in the fridge, it may help from over-indulging when one has the urge.

If you want to be able to handle more alcohol you basically have to do like MoBBy says to develop a tolerance. You also have to drink frequently. I really would recommend against it though as you'll cause irreparable damage to yourself (both mental and physical). You're better off accepting that people of Asian descent tend to not be able to handle alcohol as well.

drink a glass of water every few drinks, alcohol does a number on hydration pretty well.

About 80% of Asians lack the alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme and that is why their alcohol tolerance is low. Also cheese, peanuts, meat, tofu, etc can reduce the rate at which alcohol is absorbed through the lining of your stomach.

Drink lots! just make sure u dont mix drinks in ur system, then u get fucked over real fast.
