May I be unbanned from the IRC channel so that I may rejoin the community and play role as a better person since there's really not much to post about on the forums?
(Not sure if unbanned or not since that unfortunate and thoughtless mishap 2 days ago.)

I'm not sure of your mishap, but I think Owen is the one you have to talk to.
He was the one that had made the judgement call on this as far as I know.

Two problems with that, but one I can possibly do if I can get my ass on. lol
1. The forums don't let me send PM's (No idea if that applies to other people with the Ex-member/Clan friend rank)
2. I haven't logged into RS in months. lol
Although, I can log in.

Kung, I believe all ranks can send PMs, I for one know I can as an Ex-Member.
I simply click the far right icon under the forum avatar.

But once again, Owen is normally always busy in game that he barely looks at IRC (Personal experiences).
You could always ask someone to post him the link to this topic.

The PM system is disabled for the clan friend rank unfortunately.

I'm sure Owen will see this post, I'll alert him to it if he doesn't.
