May I be unbanned from the IRC channel so that I may rejoin the community and play role as a better person since there's really not much to post about on the forums?
(Not sure if unbanned or not since that unfortunate and thoughtless mishap 2 days ago.)

He was the one that had made the judgement call on this as far as I know.

Owen rarely answers on IRC to anyone.
Your best bet is to either personal message him on the forums or try catch him in game.

Two problems with that, but one I can possibly do if I can get my ass on. lol
1. The forums don't let me send PM's (No idea if that applies to other people with the Ex-member/Clan friend rank)
2. I haven't logged into RS in months. lol
Although, I can log in.
I'll see what can be done here first.
