applying

When people try to do applications and do .apply in irc it doesn't work.
Someone who was trying to reapply because i locked their first one because it wasn't done correctly couldn't apply.
It wouldn't work for Ms tea time either, but when vio tried (ex member) it worked for him.
He said he made it so clan friends, ex members, and moderators could view.

You have to register a forum account first, which is clearly explained in the How To Join topic.

edit: I found a problem with the permissions, they had changed for some reason, registered guests should now be able to view the app forms again.
