The whole bracket has been randomly generated.
Due to not getting 16 people two people have been given byes into round 2.

I recommend playing your matches on chess.com, as this allows you to play up to 14 (!) days per move, which means you can complete the game even with timezone issues.
Once you've registered there, get the username of your opponent and go to the share tab at the top of the site, then click on members and search for their name and send them a challenge.

You can use this thread to report results and set up games.

not really. I gave people 10 days to sign up and I can't edit the challonge tournament after it's been started. Would also be unfair on the people who've already started their games. Sorry

well you can quite easily do it all in one day if your opponent is on at the same time.
The games reload when someone moves.
