Best bones from 95-99 prayer?

Hey guys which bone is the most worth gp/exp wise for 95-99 prayer, its about 3.7m exp for me, it doesnt necessarily have to be the fastest.

I would do the infernal ashes. Running bones doesn't take THAT long...unless you can make more than 13M in the time saved by doing ashes vs. d bones?

According to google you can do around 1.7k per hour with yak,
That's 11.4 hours for ashes.
and 3.9 hours for frosts.

7.5 hours saved.
40,757,756gp extra for frosts

If he can do QBD efficently at 6m an hour he could make 45m. Otherwise Ashes are more efficent, just depends how you value your time.

There's no point in getting 95 - 99 pray unless you just want a 99.
