The RuneScape Scorpions (RSS, also known as The Scorpions) was a clan founded in 2001 as "RsPlayers". WG attracted RSS's attention during the S7 era, and RSS leader Lady Naomi offered an alliance which was accepted. Several allied events including PK Trips were held[1][2], though these were often considered relatively unsuccessful.[3][4] Further details regarding the ending of the alliance are unknown - in June 2010, a RSS member visiting the WG forums said that the alliance had ended before the closure of Fear in July 2006, in part due to WG's alliance with Fear (whom RSS were unfriendly with). RSS was still in existence at the time of the 2010 post, though they had declined considerably in terms of activity by then.[5]
