Jadinko Lair is the best place to get firemaking.  Much easier and faster than the old way unless you're a metagamer.

@Kwaichi, you still f2p?  And please stop skilling so fast :(  I might try to finish crafting (131k soft clay already banked) but it's the worst skill so far.

Here are a few of the objects you could start earning points for now:

• TzRek Jad, a pet that will require 99 Summoning, 99 Slayer, 100 zeal points AND you will have to hand over a fire cape. Obtained from Soul Wars.


• Master runecrafter robes. These will provide a boost to Runecrafting XP when worn. Obtained from the Great Orb Project.


• New Livid Farm spells, including new teleports, access to new patches and the ability to add specific non-lunar spells to the Lunar Spellbook.

Well seeing as I am still the Leader of Downfall I don't think that is possible, however I will say that if anything were to ever happen to Downfall, WG is the most appealing clan to me at this point in time. I know big shocker right?

I.  Background

Jadniko Lair was introduced on July 12th as a new skilling/combat area similiar to Living Rock Caverns.   To find out more about the Jadinko Lair and the basics please check this guide Here. II.  Requirements

83 woodcutting

83 firemaking

woodcutting axe

Recommended:

Inferno Adze (burns some of the curly roots)

Flame Gloves (with Ring of Fire gives 5% increase in experience for firemaking)

Ring of Fire (with Flame Gloves gives 5% increase in experience for firemaking)

III.  Strategy



Cut jade vines that look like the one picutred above and then once you have a full inventory burn them all at a nearby fire pit.

IV.  Rewards

300 - 400k firemaking experience per hour
60 - 80k woodcutting experience per hour
Favor Points that can be traded in at the offering stone east of the Jadinko Queen for fruits or seeds used for Herblore Habitat.

Kind of pointless because a lot of people will say yes but in the end only 20% will come.  Kind of like wars, real life meetings, events...

WG should join again.  Unless Gene opens his mouth again and gets us DF in the 2nd round.

I would definitely say hard is more fun (albeit a bit slower), but wave 7 is a pain in the arse and you can get roflstomped quite easily if you're not careful.

Easy is faster and basically the same exp.  I did hard and it was only like 500 more exp.

Hard

26,155 - 15 minutes
23,799 - 15 minutes

Easy

27,626 - 13 minutes
28,989 - 13 minutes

So, Hard is about ~100k/hour and Easy is about ~130k/hour.  With a bonecrusher that's an additional 3k prayer experience per hour.

Then all they really have to do is rinse and repeat the above.

Not everyone needs combat exp.

I heard it's over 100k exp an hour.  I can't really be bothered to find out though as I'm maxed lol more interested in the monthly reward
