I'm naturally a big person. In High School I played (American) football. We used to compete against one another to see who could lift the most. I wasn't always the best but the few things I was exceptional at were squats, dead lifts, and bench presses. I'm not sure if I could do them anymore because it's been years since I was actually in great physical shape, but I'll share them anyway.

My highest ever bench press was 290lbs.
My highest ever squat was 450lbs.
And my best dead lift (which fucked my arms up for a few days) was around 600lbs.

Proud to have served as the leader of the Wilderness Guardians.

I'm quite impressed with a lot of these run times. The army standard for running a two mile is 15:54 for 21 and younger males. And it seems like a good portion of people that posted pass this test.

The loving just keeps coming, appreciate the effort!

I set the standard.

Coach

Heaviest Bench 315 lbs
Heaviest squat 405 lbs
Heaviest deadlift 515 lbs

No disrespect to your lordship but if your back isn't injured and your squat is higher than your deadlift then there is no way you're going deep enough on your squats.

Wayshow

eh.
most pushups: 50
situps: 80.... only tried that much. we had to do as many as we could in 2 mins for PE class

His Lordship

A few things:

1. Updated
2. Mark is forever excluded from being in the record
3. Coach, I get that sentiment a lot. My squats are the whole way, and I have a personal trainer witness me for all my heaviest lifts. I don't know why my squats are better than my deadlifts.

That's extremely confusing in the fitness community we don't witness this very often.

I set the standard.

His Lordship

No more new running distances, or else the records will get swamped.
100m
1 mile
Longest distance should be enough, unless there's something else that enough people want like 400m or something.

Zemus

most consecutive faps/hour: 9

Indivi2you

I repped 195lbs this week for bench :)
