For a Freeman (a sort of libertarian ideology), there is an immensely strong difference between the terms "legal" and "lawful".
All legal documents pertaining to my person retain the name of Keanu,[cola person]legal entity[/i].[/color] (e.g. drivers license, passport etc.)
However, to all my family and friends, I am lawfully now known as Vio, a human being.

Think of it this way: I, the human you known, am Vio, whereas my birth certificate remains Keanu.

I just find the name change a bit disturbing.

Cabernet Sauvignon is French too and referrs to a purple grape.
He could of been choosing to be named after a fruit.



Fagus sylvatica f. purpurea is a purple tree.
This might of been a worse name but again I believe French too.

Tyrian purple became the color of kings, nobles, priests and magistrates all around the Mediterranean.              

For a name for purple I think Tyrian is categorized more in the male gender.

I love the color purple and can relate to wanting to have your name associated with such a lovely color.
I just think maybe you could of used a little more input on the choice of the name.
