The Council of Dragons (CoD) was a RuneScape 2 clan founded during or before 2004. While CoD was also a member of The Federation, His Lordship was introduced to them directly by The Sabres leader Mortus Sabre and His Lordship offered CoD an alliance[1], which was accepted by Jorle Joca. CoD would have been considered WG's most powerful ally in terms of overall clan strength, but a lack of communication prevented this as well as CoD's preference to non-PvP events. After a year of negligible activity, the alliance was ended. Aside from WG's own historical account, no other surviving records of CoD have been found.
