    Great guide!

    one thing i make a lot of money on is commonly alched items e.g  battlestaffs/rune items

    for people new to flipping, always consider the price of nature runes before buying. 

    atm nats are dropping, so theoretically, the commonly alched items will rise to accomodate.

    How did you hear about us?  I googled, "learn how to raid" cause im noob

    What makes you want to join us? I Heard you are the one of the biggest clans in the game.
    i joined the cc for a few days to check it out, and everyone seems very helpful and nice.
    would be silly to not want to join.
    Also the game is no longer 07 runescape, there is so much team more team based content E.g raids/Tob.

    i was caught within the hour lol
    I used a bot to try get my void armour, which i actually lost at mage arena lol
    but got it back the legit way
