Clan Chat, or CC, is the primary method of in game communication used by the Wilderness Guardians on both Old School RuneScape and RuneScape 3. The Clan Chat feature on OSRS is linked with the Friends Chat feature on RS3, meaning RS3 players can join WG's OSRS CC whilst simultaneously being in the RS3 one.

OSRS

On OSRS the Wilderness Guardians use "WG_CC" Clan Chat. "WG_CC" is an in game account which only staff ranked Application Managers and above have access to. The chat on OSRS has a capacity of 100 people and is open to the public.

RS3

On RS3 the Wilderness Guardians use "Wilderness Guardians" Clan Chat. The current RS3 Clan Chat system was released in 2011 and gives each clan a capacity of 500 members.

Historical

Before 2017, the Wilderness Guardians used His Lordship's own Clan Chat on OSRS and similarly used it before the official release of Clan Chats in RuneScape 2 prior to 2011. There was also a DarkScape Clan Chat with the same name as the RS3 one.
