The Council of Dragons (CoD) was a RuneScape 2 non-PvP clan founded during or before 2004. While CoD was also a member of The Federation, His Lordship was introduced to them directly by The Sabres leader Mortus Sabre and His Lordship offered CoD an alliance[1], which was accepted by Jorle Joca.[2] CoD was WG's only non-PvP ally, and would have been considered the most powerful in terms of overall clan strength - but a lack of communication prevented this, as well as CoD's preference to non-PvP events.
The alliance had negligible activity for the majority of 2004. During WG's 2004 Anniversary, His Lordship's efforts in trying to host events resulted him not sleeping for 4 consecutive days, and he was hospitalised for around a week. As a result he was unable to attend a leadership meeting with CoD, and Jorle Joca ended the alliance.[3]
Aside from WG's own historical account, no other surviving records of CoD have been found.
