  1. Team Fetchboy using two stored pawn moves after Ace's bishop move above. Pawn from E5 to E6 Pawn from E6 to take F7
  2. Team Fetchboy Pawn move E4 to E5 Team Fetchboy Storing pawn move
  3. I'll have to watch some YouTube videos on this, because I had a blast with Ark (I know it's not the same game) and have always enjoyed playing dino games!
  4. Welcome, and congrats on having an almost 3-year-old! Lots of great teachers and mentors both on the PvP and PvM side, so no worries about your current knowledge with either.
  5. Welcome to the OSRS side of WG! We need to do some events between both sides of these days. Looking forward to getting to know you!
  6. Welcome! Looking forward to getting to know you if you're accepted!
  7. Good to know! I have not been successful reaching out to people via the "Looking for a Clan" post, so I was hoping that the official WG recruitment post would result in better luck. Sounds like it will
  8. Eyy, someone from the forums! Finally! Welcome and glad you found us. I guarantee you'll have fun pking and pvming. Looking forward to getting to know you better in-game!
  9. Welcome! If you're accepted, feel free to come PKing with us, and whatever else you'd like to do in-game.
  10. That's exactly what happened to my first pure a few years ago lol. It was in the white portal of CWA to make it even worse (this was before I found out about the attack styles plugin on RuneLite).
  11. Welcome! We have an RS3 clan as well, so feel free to give them a look as well (you don't have to leave your RS3 irl friend clan, just letting you know that the WG RS3 side is also pretty darn active). Looks like you'll be getting into both the PvM and PvP of the OSRS clan, so looking forward to seeing you at both. If you're accepted, feel free to look on the clan calendar for pure trips, as I'd love to have you at your current combat level on our trips (even if you aren't a pure).
  12. Welcome! Glad you found us. I used to work as a package handler for UPS and got to talk with a lot of the drivers who kept saying how awesome FedEx's facilities are compared to ours (but honestly, out of all the UPS places, ours was one of the worst, so I'd say that any facility was better than ours lol). How's the job in general as a driver? Congrats on nearly being done with school. I hope FedEx is giving you some sort of tuition reimbursement as well. Looking forward to getting to know you!
  13. Of all my decades of playing MMORPGs, nothing comes close to how much fun I had playing FFVIX. I always wished I would've found an awesome FC to do group context with versus doing raids/trials/dungeons with randoms, but maybe if I would've found a great FC, I would never have come back to osrs haha. Welcome!
  14. Welcome back! Yeah... trying to get my oldest to mine, and it's not working Looking forward to seeing you max your account!
  15. Welcome! Glad I was able to give a good enough overview of what the clan offers to make you want to join. Looking forward to PKing and PvMing with ya
  16. Welcome! Glad you were able to make an account and apply. Looking forward to PKing and PvMing with you!
  17. Thank you! Such a weird sounding hobby that turned out to be amazing in the end (isn't that true for a lot of hobbies?)
  18. Please join our Discord server and read the #joining_wg channel to see the final step in the process. HubertTheMad What is your current RS name? HubertTheMad List any previous RS names: None What is your total level and combat level? Total - 2045 Combat - 126 Tell us about your RuneScape account and history. Hello! I first played back when the Yo-Yo came out, like a lot of us, played after school and had a blast until the evolution of combat came by and I lost interest. I remember having a bunch of fun with all activities, but mostly clan-related activities and PKing. I remember that my very first PK was an addy scim, and I was shaking with excitement! I never got into P2P until OSRS actually came out, and I really had a lot of fun grinding and finishing up all the things I couldn't as F2P. I originally wanted to submit my application to this clan once I maxed, but my other hobbies (keyboards) and life (family, wife + kids) got in the way as usual (or maybe OSRS got in the way!). I've been AFK fishing to 99 and was originally planning on doing as much skilling on the side to hit max while I work, but I saw there was a system update today, and realized it was a Wilderness update and I understand how rare Wilderness updates are! I still can't wait for a full Wildy rework, but I knew that I wanted to get in on the action with all of you since this will be the first new piece of content that's actually somewhat interesting. Tell us about your clan history. Damage Inc (It's been nearly two decades, so maybe it's the wrong clan, but the clan leaders when I was a part of the clan were Jondagangsta and Danthewelshy). If it's not Damage Inc... Something with DI XD Tell us about your yourself. Hi! My name is Hugh, and I was born and live in the US (Midwest, I don't want to 100% dox myself hahaha). I have a wife with two kids, which take up the majority of my time, a job where I am fortunate to work from home (more OSRS), and a part of the keyboard hobby - mechanical keyboards specifically. It sounds like the absolute stupidest hobby, but I got into it last year, and absolutely love it (check out my YT channel! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCaPdlJFl252U_d6aKAS8V1A). I'm a male, have a bachelor's degree in Greek and Roman cultures, and am in my 30s. Other hobbies that I enjoy are spending time with friends, cooking, and playing music (I'm not a professional by any means, I just enjoy playing guitar/string instruments, piano, just casually). To be honest, besides family and friends, my keyboard hobby takes the majority of my time and the hobby that I'm most invested in. How did you hear about us? Originally on the OSRS clan forums, but that was way back last year What makes you want to join us? I used to PK a lot solo, and it was stale, because 1. If, by some chance, you fight against another person at the same skill level, you've hit the jackpot 2. It's mostly PvMers in the non-clan PKing hotspots 3. Good luck if you fight in singles against a really good PKer 4. Good luck if you fight in multi as there is bound to be a team It would be fun to not be the hunted and be the hunter once more like back when I played back in the day! Do you agree to the rules and requirements of WG and understand that this is an honour clan? Yes Come clean about anything that may deter us from accepting you: None
  19. Hey, that's awesome! I bet it sounds so good. To date, the Q3 that I used to have had the best sounding spacebar (and the alphas were good imo) out of all the boards I've built, and I always chase that sound in the builds I've been doing. Looking forward to 2023 and seeing more in-stock options. Keychron absolutely killed it in 2022 with the V series, and all the new iterations of their boards with giving them wireless QMK/VIA now.
  20. Hey friendo! I think I got to 2020 something and then stopped completely in August. Life, work, and a new keyboarding hobby took over haha. Hopefully I can restart the grind in January, but I haven't even logged into OSRS since August!
  21. Hey all! I wanted to share some of my builds that I completed over the past few weeks. Hoping to eventually film sound tests for all of them with detailed descriptions since the wife told me I had to sell a majority of them haha. https://imgur.com/a/j9DQ7VF
  22. Huge fan of Dave Tate and EliteFTS's Table Talk podcasts. I've always been someone who has lifted weights, so it's super educational and awesome to listen to him and all the guests he has had over the years.
  23. That's awesome to hear. There are a few budget 40% layouts that I've been eyeing, so I may give it a try once the one I was looking at comes back in stock. I really like the colors as well, especially how the other keys are labeled on the sides of the legends. I definitely feel like it would make learning how to type on it a lot easier! Amen to that. I have built and used a somewhat expensive mechanical keyboard, and it's definitely a joy to type on and use, but my favorite current keyboards have been the super cheap ones ($20-$30) that I've just taken apart to mod and make them sound amazing. There's something about getting an insane deal, then just putting a little time and effort to make it sound and feel 10x what you paid for it!
