Eragon Cd also temporarily stepped down and gave leadership of Syn to Kanchellsis around 16 January 2005[12] - though she left Syn to found SD shortly afterwards, and Eragon Cd returned to leadership. Several Syn members also left to rejoin WG or BlacKnights, which resulted in a loss of nearly all of Syn's members.[13] In mid-2005, RT closed and members returned to Syn, as well as several from Omega, bringing stablity back to the clan with approximately 200 or more members.[14]
Syn also developed a rivalry with the clan Death Legions. On 9 April 2005, WG and other ARPKing clans such as The Sabres and SD supported Syn in the Synergy vs Death Legions - a large-scale war between Syn and DL, with multiple allied clans supporting on both sides. The battle quickly gained the attention of other clans in the area, and spread throughout much of the deep Wilderness and maxing out the game server ("world") to its limit of 2,000 players. After several hours of fighting, the ARPK alliance managed to clear DL and the other PK clans, though DL attempted to return and claim a win for themselves afterwards.[15]
Around May of 2005, Syn and WG were two of six clans which helped reform The Federation. The reiteration of the syndicate was considered significantly more active and successful than the first - however disputes arose, and WG withdrew on 30 September 2005, but maintained their alliance with Syn.
2006
The last mention of Syn in WG's written history comes from early 2006, when WG was unfortunately paired against them in a fansite-hosted clan tournament, though further details of the battle or the tournament have not been recorded. Syn's historical records state that the clan continued to grow steadily and climb the ranks, reaching their peak around May of 2006. Syn hosted PK trips multiple times per week with consistent pulls of over 30 members, and engaged in short-preparation fights almost daily. During the first week of May 2006, Syn were ranked at #24.
In the same month, Syn sent out declarations of war to several elite clans, one of which was accepted by Awaken (a predecessor of the better known Violent Resolution), who were ranked #14. With two weeks' preparation, Syn prepared as best they could through strict training regiments. This closed the gap between the clans' average combat levels to just 3, one week prior to the battle. However, shortly before the war Syn suffered two major setbacks - the accidental banning of four of their most valued PKers, and an exodus known as The Crusade (TC) which reduced Syn down to approximately 45 members. Syn were forced to back out of the war, and subsequently suffered three more exodi: KnockOut, Stoned Dragons and Malice - each of which were formed by a former Syn Council member. This sequence of events reduced Syn down to around six members by July of 2006[16][17], with over 90 members leaving within the span of around ten days.[18]
In mid-July of 2006, Syn were removed from WG's list of allies and replaced with TC. According to Jlushin (then Leader of Syn), WG transferred their alliance to TC as His Lordship and other WG members did not approve of Jlushin as the Syn Leader, and allied events had been in decline throughout 2006.[19] There are no mentions of the alliance with TC in WG's written history.
On 17 November 2006, Syn leader Skatekid930 announced that the alliance between Syn and WG had been restored, and included plans for an allied P2P PK trip on the 19th.[20]
2007
On 19 January 2007, WG and Syn fought each other in a fun steel war - WG brought around 30 members and defeated Syn with relative ease.[21]
In June of 2007, WG hosted a multi-clan Fight Pits event, and offered Syn a direct invitation - saying that the clan had an "impact" on WG in the past.[22]
Post-Alliance
Syn remained active throughout 2007 until the changes to PvP combat and trade which occured on 10 December 2007. Syn attempted to adapt to Bounty Hunter, but on 19 February 2008 the area was made into a single-combat zone, effectively removing all opportunity for dangerous multi PvP within the game.
The last interaction between Syn and WG was on 29 February 2008, when WG offered Syn a F2P CWA miniwar.[23]
Attempts to work as a clan in single combat were unsuccessful, and the Syn leadership (Jin 89 rc and Jlushin as Supercoke) made the decision to close the clan on 21 April 2008[24], after approximately four years.[25]

Syn had a total of eight exodi over the course of its lifetime:
Syn also had a junior clan, The Synergizers, several members of which joined the pre-existing clan Valeria Victrix[26] - though this is not considered to be an "exodus", as VV had existed prior to the Syn members joining.
