No worries at all. I know nothing about Macs, but I do know that FFXIV has a Mac specific version (idk if that makes a difference).

like a lot of MMOs, it has a way of sucking you in unless you make sure you commit only an hour or two a day to it (if not less). The cool thing in my opinion coming from someone who has played WoW and GW2 and dabbled in mythic raiding as well as "hardcore" raiding with GW2 is that FFXIV has the best PvM content out of any MMORPG. The sub price shows in the amount of PvE content both end-game and as you level up from level 16 onwards. The free unlimited time trial gives you access to the first two expansions and level 50 for free with very few game-breaking restrictions, so it's a great way to get your foot in the door.
 
PvP is NOT a focus in this game though, although I play a lot of it. It's clearly PvM focused and has an amazing story like most Final Fantasy games do. As it is with almost any game, however, it's fun to play with friends but EQUALLY as fun to play solo through the content. Also, unlike WoW or GW2, the "fun" PvE content doesn't come ONLY from the end-game. Once you unlock your first dungeons at level 16 (takes like 10 minutes), it's fun right from the beginning content wise.
 
WG is a free company (basically FFXIV's version of a clan) on the world Exodus, on the Primal Data center (basically data centers are servers and Primal is one of the North American ones).

Used to play Rs3 until combat 91 ish and decent stats. Already have better stats in osrs than my rs3 account. No previous bans or conflicts. This is basically my first cc and first time playing members on osrs so I'm still learning. About to start doing barrows.
 
Got 3 mil xp in f2p and some base 50 and 60 stats. I went from 500 total to 1194 in about two weeks which isn't that good I suppose, but it was mostly from cb levels. 
Current goal: Obtaining 75 mage from alching and 75 str from ammonite and finishing some important quests as well as achievement diaries. (barrows after 75 mage/str)

Hey, I've always been a big fan of RuneScape and played a lot in my teenage years (Which I guess a lot of you guys are the same)

I returned at the start of lockdown to start playing properly, my aim is get everything I wished I did when I was a teenager, so far I have already got Barrows Gloves and Fire Cape and my aim to become more proficient at Slayer and eventually work my way up to regular raids.

My name has no meaning what so ever, the only meaning was that it had no numbers! (I like it looking tidy lol)

Favourite activities tend to just be slayer, I'm not a massive skiller and aim to do the majority of these AFK.

Well. I was in Wilderness Guardians clan once... For 2 years+. Loved that clan & still love it.
I joined this clan when it was dead clan with 5 members.
But these 5 members were - all for me.
When I quitted WG 2 year later, I joined many clans (over 50+).
Got banned from most of them (since I'm not american - no other reason).
I don't want to list all the clans I went into. You can see them on the frist-second-third etc page in osrs forums.

I have played since 2005-2006ish casual little kid grinding lessers on karamja for a long time. Many breaks over the years but always come back and lately have been back for a couple years and really put some time in. Have several irl friends who play and who may eventually look to join this clan as well. I normally base a lot of what I do in game off what my friends are doing or want to do, and I would like to expand that. Try new bosses with new people, pk with some people and all around have some fun and not get to overly serious about the game.
I quite enjoy most of the skills in the game, really depends on what I am trying to grind at that moment.

Been in a few different clans in pre eoc I mostly hung out in a cc called "bgloves" mostly a pvp clan. For osrs most of the clans I have been in have been pure/unique build type clans. My name is Garrett and I am from the United States, I work in the insane field of carpentry. Which has had me standing on a nice flat surface trimming a house to being 200ft+ in the air building temporary structures called "scaffolds" Which has branched out into a whole new range of hobbies I am discovering. Through my career I have learned I enjoy making things and seeing my work finished in front of me, I have started to take up some wood working, furniture building, painting and much more. I may have even gotten into carpentry because of my love for Runescape. Over the years, seeing the progress through dedication watching my stats climb and my wealth accumulate is a lot like starting a construction project and watching it turn into something you are proud to have created.
 
How did you hear about us?  Honestly it just popped in my head, I believe I looked into this clan a while back and just never took the leap.
What makes you want to join us? Mostly wanting to expanding my bossing in the game, I have wanted to do a lot of the newer content that has been released over the past few years but most of my current friends in game have little interest in those things. I love to pvp as well, I have been working on my pking over the past year or so through pure pking, main pking, lms, deadman servers and more and I want to finally take that to a clan and have some fun pking with others.

Come clean about anything that may deter us from accepting you: The only thing that comes to mind in this regard would be that I have two children and a pretty busy career at times. So sometimes it can be hard for me to find time to play for lengthy periods. Weekends are great for me. I always make time on weekends for this game. My girlfriend and I have an agreement that Saturday is "for the boys" meaning I'm gaming all night lol. But that being said sometimes I have weeks off work and can play a lot so it kind of works out. Keeps me from ever getting too burnt on the game.
I may have botted a time or two in like 2009-2010 but never anything serious. Might have auto clicked a few thousand alchs. On an account that is long gone anyways.

My name is Jake, some here that have played the game long enough might remember me as, Big-knockers.
 
I started this game in 1999 and before that in RS Beta. I just recently came back to the game after many many years of taking a break from the game to see that my original account was banned but OSRS is back. I wanted to start the game up again and to my amazement I saw that WG was still around as well when I was looking on the RS community boards!!! 
 
I started remembering the nights on IRC and MSN Messenger with Eugene and my clans - The Night Hawks and Triforce. WG was always a second home for me and this community was always one of the best if not the best in the game.
 
I just wanted to say, "Hi" and to any of those that remember me or anybody that wants to... I'd love to connect again!

I started playing Runescape when I was 11 in 2005 and fell in love with the game. I played a bunch of years after that. I was involved with a few clans back in the day and always loved the environment. I'm looking forward to getting to know some more people on the game and start pking hard again. I did a lot of multi pking back on RS2 and grinded strength and range as fast I could when I got back so I could get back to that.

I haven't been a part of a clan yet on OSRS but was a member of a few back on RS2. I'm sort of embarassed to say this but this was back when I was 13-16 and don't really remember the names, for reference I'm now 26. The clans I was apart of did a lot of pking however, I was always drawn to that a little more than PvM.

I'm a 26 yo male that lives in the midwest. I went to college in the midwest and studied marketing, I currently for a gaming company and have been in sales for most of my professional career. I'm kind of a weird dude in the fact that I actually really like running and have loved endurance sports my entire life, running in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter. As far as music goes, I listen to a lot of trap stuff and different types of hip hop, Kid Cudi and Travis Scott has been my go-to's since I was in high school. I'm a pretty open guy so as long as it doesn't dox me, go ahead and ask!

What makes you want to join us? Everything I found out from Toad was music to my ears. The non-toxic environment, the frequency of events and pk trips, the camaraderie, among other stuff. The fact that you guys have been around so long and have a solid reputation is obviously another plus. Your Honour Code that I read about is really good to see, I give you a lot of props for that behavior and think I'll fit right in there. Overall you guys are a solid clan and I'd be thrilled to join.
