It did take a few weeks to build the muscle memory and I am normally extremely quick to adapt to new controllers, keyboards, and control/key mappings themselves.

I use it because it is so ergonomic for my hand. I use it for all FPS games besides battlefield. I also use it for OSRS.

On OSRS I have all my F keys mapped to it and I have the arrow keys mapped to WASD. I would never PK on OSRS without it now that I have built the muscle memory.

As far as multiple layouts honestly its just because I either "upgraded" or wanted a specific feature/size for my desk in my smaller apartment a few years ago.

That's awesome. Do you find that having keyboards with different layouts is worth it? I know obviously one keyboard is fine for many uses, and maybe it's just me being excited about learning of a new hobby, but I really feel like having keyboards with different layouts is definitely a goal for me in the future. Again, I just started the hobby, so I'd like to know your thoughts on having all the layouts since it seems like you have a lot of experience with different boards!

That looks absolutely sick. Did it take you a while to get used to it? And is it just for macros for various different games, or just for F keys when you use a layout that doesn't have them?

I didn't know that, yet another reason why it's so good I guess!

I am thinking about it. The main reason I want it is because I really want a true 75% keyboard.

Right now my main keyboard is a razer 60% w/ linear optical switches 1.0mm actuation.

I want the F keys for battlefield games and the arrow keys would also be convenient.

The GMMK pro has the most compact external dimensions out of all of the 75% keyboards I have seen. This is important to me to save desk space because I use a razer tartarus pro keypad to the left of my keyboard.

I have several TKL keyboards, as well as some 60% and 65%, but I dont have something right in the middle of those two categories. The F key row on a compact board is the key for my purchase decision.

I have also owned and tried a lot of the cheaper budget sub $40 keyboards online but I have given them all away.

I love it, it feels like a laptop keyboard. I've tried mechanical keyboards in the past but I almost found like I was mistyping more than this one

Most of the time I use a Votex Tab90 because the F-keys are closer to the rest so it's better for osrs. Used to use a white Ducky Shine 4 forget the names of the caps, but brown switches in both.

I use pretty much complete opposite of a mechanical keyboard.

I've always wanted to go to Japan, especially for the food.

I'd like to go to Italy. My brother went there and couldn't stop telling me all of the awesome things he saw.

    Hello!

My name is Hugh Crowder, and I was browsing through the OSRS clan forums and found this website. I've been playing since 2004 (I think that's right, I have a yo-yo in RS3, so at least 2004!), used to play on my friend's alt account with him starting around 2019, and only started OSRS in terms of my own account at the beginning of the year.

I love all sorts of video games, especially MMORPGs and fun "party" steam games like Phasmophobia, Jackbox, etc. I really love doing everything in OSRS (even when grinding the not-so-fun skills and achievements), but am a big fan of PvP and PvM. I used to PK a lot before the wildy was removed, and enjoyed those huge clan wars in F2P and P2P.

I think it's cool that old clans like this one is still around, as sadly I don't really talk to the people I used to play with back in the day, and it's really nostalgic to think about how Runescape used to be.

I'm looking forward to joining this clan eventually, I just want to max first before I do so, because I want to enjoy PKing and PvMing without needing to feel like I have to grind skills and achievement diaries. Basically, I want to get to a point where I just log in to hang out and do social events, PK or PvM instead of logging in to skill or grind before I join a clan.

I'm also a huge fan of computer keyboards, and am deep in the keyboarding hobby. Feel free to check out some sound tests that I've uploaded on my YouTube channel!

Welcome! Your profile reminds me of The History Channel logo.

That's an impressive tenure on Runescape! Looking forward to you applying, maybe you can set up some Jackbox game events for us, use to do it all the time
