I see what you did there, @Corbula. Looks like you had a great run, Lillefigo! That food looks fantastic as well Final. Because of COVID, we didn't have our usual huge family gathering this year, but I was still able to spend time with my immediate family. Wanted to do something different this year, so we did Pork Belly as well as made our own individual Beef Wellingtons. I'm pretty thankful for being able to say that we were able to get and make this food (I know a lot of people around the world and the US are struggling with food), and that I got to spend more time with the ones that I really love (family). Thanksgiving and all the days up until the second of January is my absolute favorite time of year, because of the amount of family time spent and time spent reflecting on the year and what we look forward to for the next. Hope everyone had a nice Thursday, wherever you are!
